Ingredients :

PRODUCE
1/4 Medium Sized Onion (115g) (2 oz)
1 Overripe Avocado
1 Thumb of Ginger (15g) (.5 oz)
1 Clove of Garlic
2 Cups of Spinach

PANTRY
Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
2 Cups Durum Flour

PLATING
Eat with a nob of butter, a smidge of Achar and a bowl of home made yogurt.
