INGREDIENTS:
200 gms Chicken boneless chopped 1 small bell pepper/capsicum chopped 1 cup carrots 1 cup cabbage 3-4 green chilies chopped 2 tbsp coriander chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder half tsp black pepper half tsp chili powder half Tsp Chilli Flakes half tsp oregano 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp chilli sauce 1 egg Half cup all purpose flour( maida) 3tbsp cornflour Half cup water
METHOD: In a bowl add all the veggie, chicken, spices, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Mix it. Add egg,flour, cornflour,mix, then add water. Mix well into a pakora batter. Heat oil, Fry them for 8-10 minutes at medium heat, flip in between
until golden and done.
You can bake and airfry them at 200C and cook for 10-12 minutes. Flip in between and spray some oil for a nice finish.
