2023 Halloween Smoothbore Musket

During Halloween weekend skirmish, the whether is usually a little cooler. We dress up in our favorite costume if we wish, some are pretty hilarious. It's the only time of the year when we are allowed instead of our uniform. Here's my son shooting with a couple of team mates in the smooth bore match. All three of the guns used are original springfields. At 25 yds you would think it's pretty easy, but this is smooth bore. No rear sights and a round ball knuckling down the range.
