Harnwell: Trump should not “de-weaponise” the DOJ on Jan 20 — but take control of it and use it

VIDEO SYNTHESIS / I used to think that the next Trump administration needed to de-weaponise the DOJ, because political prosecutions are wrong.

After today, I am now of the idea that Democrats would just come away with the wrong lesson — that they can act with impunity and then suffer no repercussions. No! They need to learn!

Speaker No-Johnson — I want to see dozens of congressional subpoenas every single day from you guys. And when someone doesn’t appear — prosecute. For the next four years, these mofos need to burn money lawyering up. Only then — perhaps — can we talk about de-escalation.
