Baltimore Police Commissioner De Sousa resigns after not filing taxes

Darryl De Sousa announced his resignation as Baltimore City Police Commissioner on Tuesday.  Federal prosecutors have also issued grand jury subpoenas to The Baltimore Police Department and the city's Finance Department.
