Delicious dinner based on an Italian grandmother's recipe! I cook every 3 days!
Recipe 1:
4 chicken eggs.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
Black pepper.
Green onion.
Hard cheese 150g (1/3 pound).
1 carrot.
4 potatoes.
Olive oil.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
1 zucchini.
Salt.
Olive oil.
1 onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/2 yellow pepper.
1 tomato.
Salt 1/2 teaspoon, oregano 1/2 teaspoon.
2 chicken fillets.
2 chicken eggs.
Salt 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper.
Smoked paprika 1/2 tsp.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes.
Hard cheese 60 g (2 oz).
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 7 minutes.

Recipe 2:
3 large potatoes (900 grams).
Mozzarella cheese (300 grams).
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (20 ml).
Salt (4 grams).
For the filling:
Minced beef (500 grams).
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (20 ml)
1 onion.
2 green peppers.
1 red pepper.
1 yellow pepper.
3 cloves of garlic.
100 g tomato sauce.
Paprika 1/2 tsp.
Thyme 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric 1/2 tsp.
Parsley.
