Jackson County Sheriff Steve Rand has loose lips that have gotten him into trouble about women.  In one recording: I'd definitely (BLEEP) on that. That's so f----- hot... I wouldn't want to get a picture of my d--- and you know, send it to the wife. Can you blame me?"
