Nebraska shooting: 7 shot by neighbor who told them to 'go back to where they came from'

Seven people, including four children between the ages of three to 10 - all of whom are believed to be Hispanic - were shot and injured by a Nebraska neighbor in what was believed to be a potentially racially motivated crime.
