In today's times Predators utilize Online platforms to target, & groom children. They use Online platforms such as Discord, Instagram, Facebook, Etc. To receive and send CSAM. There are many programs funded by the DOJ via taxpayer funds. Yet the amount granted to these programs, some in the hundreds of millions. Outweighs the physical proof that these programs are working to protect out children.
