INGREDIENTS ( makes 4-5)
400 gms beef strips (ribeye, sirloin, top round) 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Soy sauce 3 Garlic chopped Half tsp ltalian seasoning Cheese(1 used mozzarella & cheddar mix) Half onion sliced Half Red or green Bell pepper(capsicum) Boiled potatoes( then grill them as shown) Cherry tomatoes( optional)
Burger Sauce: 4-5 tbsp ceaser dressing or take mayo 3 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp mustard sauce Mix everything
METHOD: In a pan, sauté onion and bell pepper with pinch salt pepper oregano and set aside.Marinate the beef strips
with the garlic and spices mentioned above.In the same pan, Add 3 tbsp oil, Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat, flip in between until fully cooked. Put cheese on top and let it melt. Along side grill/sauté potato and cherry tomatoes. Assemble by taking a bun, add sauce, veggies,beef as shown,and Enjoy
