JUST FOCUS ON AND FOLLOW ME!!!

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY GOOD FRIENDS!!!

Something about this particular question from this morning's devotional really challenged my heart, and I had to share it with you tonight. I invite you to read this question very carefully, and I pray that you'll not only read it carefully but ask God to speak to you through it.

When have you compared your situation with that of others?

Another interesting way to ask this is, “How are you tempted to compare your faith walk with others?” This is an area I believe we all struggle with, because we have this wonderful tendency to compare our path, our walk with the Lord, with that of others, when we're just simply supposed to follow Him.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God helped me learn from this morning's scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you will help you to see how important it is to focus your work, your relationship, your entire everything on God, and not be comparing yourself to others in your walk with Him. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will be a motivation, to help you to simply follow God, and trust in His love and direction for your life.

In what practical ways can you follow God?

I'm going to state something I said before, because I believe it applies to even now, and that is this. I believe it starts with our choosing to focus on God, and His plan, will, and way for us. That we are not to compare our path with that of others, but to simply follow Him. I pray especially that you follow these very important words from Warren Wiersbe on this matter, when he says, “God has His plan for us; He also has plans for our Christian friends and associates. How He works in their lives is His business. Our business is to follow Him as He leads us (see Rom. 14:1-13).” In short, we need to be steadfast and unquestioning and following God, trust in His love and direction for our lives, but most of all, focus on our faith journey with God, and what God is doing with us, not the journeys of others.
