Allan Lichtman, who has correctly predicted nine out 10 elections since 1984, including 2016, says Biden is poised to win and that debates mean "nothing" to election outcomes. He uses 13 historical factors or “keys” to determine presidential races—four of those factors are based on politics, seven on performance, and two on the candidate’s personality. The incumbent party would need to lose six of those factors, or “keys,” to lose the White House.
