San Antonio, Texas: Three children (including an infant) were left unattended in a non-running vehicle in front of a shopping center. Temperatures in San Antonio reached triple digits yesterday.

Thankfully the driver door was unlocked, and this hero, Pati Velazquez, was able to call authorities and remove the children from the hot car. 

Video surveillance shows that the mother was inside the store for an hour. She was immediately arrested by SA PD.
