- 2 egg whites
- 50ml sunflower seed oil
- 12g dry or fresh brewer's yeast (1 tablespoon)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of soft butter
- 580g Type 0 flour for cakes

- 2 egg yolks + milk
- sesame

*20 minutes at 180°C
