6/16/2024 [Miles Guo’s trial] Jesse Brown, former CEO of Himalaya Exchange, testified as the prosecution’s witness that Himalaya Exchange did not use investors’ money for its daily operation, had 200 employees at its peak, and used a very strict KYC process. He also testified that Himalaya Exchange’s cash reserve exceeded the total amount of HDO credits in circulation, and the anti-CCP Whistleblower Movement is the basis of everything, and because of this, Himalaya Exchange was targeted by a cyber attack.
