COMBINE 1 1/2 TEASPOONS VANILLA, 2 TABLESPOONS OF MILK, 1 WHOLE EGG & 1 EGG YOLK
STIR TILL BLENDED

1 TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
2 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
WHISK TOGETHER

POUR FLOUR MIXTURE ONTO FOLDED PAPER PLATE.
SET ASIDE

1 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
1/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
COMBINE

POUR BUTTER INTO MIXER
ADD SUGARS & BEAT FOR 2 MIN ON MEDIUM SPEED

ADD EGG MIXTURE & MIX ON LOW 30 SEC.

WORK THE FLOUR IN ON LOW THEN ON MED. TURN OFF TO SCRAPE SIDES - DON'T OVER MIX.

TURN ON LOW
ADD 1 1/2 CUPS SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
COMBINE FOR A FEW SEC

COVER & PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 TO 1 1/2 HOURS. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375° BEFORE REMOVING.

PLACE TABLESPOON SZ DOUGH BALLS ON TRAY

PLACE IN OVEN FOR 15 MINS OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
