We're charged with handling parking issues around the city, but random N.P.C.s will say otherwise as they do the most whack things out of randomness. One incident in particular sets me on edge and rightfully so. However, it won't stop me from serving justice and many tickets to the dumb--I mean nice--people of our great city.
