MO lawmakers to proceed with plans of possible impeachment despite dropped charge

The criminal case against Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens has been dismissed but charges are expected to be refiled in the case. Missouri lawmakers said this doesn't change their plans to proceed with a possible impeachment.
