SUMMER NIGHT ROUTINE for a balanced + productive day in the life

How often do we find ourselves just in a hamster wheel, day after day, trying to figure out why we are so tired, so lethargic, or so drained?

Well, I believe the evening routine we set for ourselves - or maybe don’t have yet - is the key to unlocking a more balanced, and productive morning which can take us through our day!

Or, if we don’t have a functional evening routine, can break our mornings and thus turning our days into a muddy mess or a chaotic list of things to do that aren’t going to get done because overwhelm has set in, there are too many things on the list, and/or you’re just so plain over the day you just say “forget it!” And promise to yourself you’ll try again tomorrow.

Only to repeat the devastating cycle, again and again.

I’ve begun today’s video with an evening routine for the summer that is currently working for me. I know, I know… some of you already know that I am up so damn early that it makes sense that the sun is still up when I’m preparing to hit the hay in the evenings but I promise you, even if you give a few of these relaxing tips a try, later in the evening, you’re going to sleep better and feel more balanced the next day!
