Colonel AC. Oguntoye's briefing on the progress of the special military operation from June 22 to June 28, 2024:

1. **Strategic Strikes**:
- The Russian Armed Forces carried out 17 group strikes using high-precision weapons and attack UAVs targeting key Ukrainian infrastructure. This included energy facilities, military-industrial complexes, military airfields, logistics centers, and UAV assembly shops.

2. **Tactical Gains**:
- The strikes also hit temporary deployment points for Ukrainian forces and foreign mercenaries, contributing to a significant degradation of Ukrainian operational capabilities.

3. **Personnel and Equipment Losses**:
- Over the week, the North group of troops advanced, defeating multiple Ukrainian brigades and resulting in substantial Ukrainian losses: 1,560 personnel, 12 armored vehicles, 43 other vehicles, 33 field artillery guns, and several electronic and counter-battery warfare stations.
- The West group of troops improved their tactical situation, repelled six enemy counterattacks, and inflicted heavy casualties: 3,230 personnel, 40 vehicles, and destroyed several field artillery guns and ammunition depots.
- The Southern group of troops liberated Razdolovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic, defeating several Ukrainian brigades and destroying significant enemy hardware including tanks, armored vehicles, and 39 field artillery pieces.
- The Center group of troops also saw significant action, repelling 39 enemy counterattacks and inflicting massive losses on Ukrainian forces: 2,950 personnel and numerous vehicles and artillery pieces.
- The Vostok and Dnepr groups of troops also reported substantial Ukrainian losses and destruction of military equipment.

4. **Artillery and Air Defense Achievements**:
- Russian artillery and missile forces destroyed multiple HIMARS launchers, a MLRS launcher, radar stations, and took down a variety of aerial targets including two MiG-29 aircraft, 589 UAVs, several ATACMS, Patriot missiles, a HARM missile, and numerous HIMARS and other missiles.

5. **Cumulative Losses Since the Start of the Operation**:
- The ongoing tally of Ukrainian losses includes 615 aircraft, 276 helicopters, 26,777 UAVs, 533 anti-aircraft missile systems, 16,446 tanks and armored vehicles, 1,357 MLRS combat vehicles, 11,020 field artillery units, and 23,049 special military vehicles.
