Did a lill different thingy for ze triceps today cuz I was low on time, did some dumbbell kickbacks and dumbbell overhead extensions superseted with forearm curls after completing biceps.
DB overhead extensions are still kinda in style but I feel like DB kickbacks are a thing of the past now. But still, got a massive pump from doing them & the mind muscle connection was f*cking godly 😵‍💫 Gotta try to put em in into the regular tricep program/schedule/whatevertfuwannacallit. Anyways,
