INGREDIENTS:(makes 12-14) of 300 gms Chicken boiled & shredded 1 small bell pepper/capsicum chopped 1 cup carrots 1 cup cabbage half cup spring onions half tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper half Tsp Chilli Flakes half tsp oregano Half chicken cube 4 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional) 4 tbsp oil Spring roll sheets Flour paste (mix 3 tbsp flour in 1 cup water)
- For Sweet Chilli Sauce 5 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp chilli flakes 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chili oil or hot oil Mix everything and its ready
#METHOD: In a wok add oil, saute chicken, add all the veggies, saute a bit, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, all the spices and chicken cube. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Set aside to cool down. Fill the spring roll sheets with the filling as shown and seal edges using flour paste, Fry them for 8-10 minutes at medium heat, flip in between until golden and done.
You can bake and airfry them at 200C and cook for 10-12 minutes. Flip in between and spray some oil for a nice finish.
