The Flying Machine

The first part of the movie was actually independently released as a 3D short movie "Magic Piano" and then later it was incorporated into this movie. The film is a gov't sponsored affair between Poland and China. Government funded movies often have a tendency to have some head scratching elements.

My copy is from Germany and is Region B coded.
