This dad pulls over his daughter, and it's hilarious and adorable. Here's what happen. A man "pulls over" a tot girl in little tykes toy car with Elmo and another doll in the car. He says, "ma'am, do you know why I pulled you over?" and the little girl says, "no," and starts sticking her tongue out. He gives her a ticker for speeding. She blows raspberries at him in between. He asks if she is drunk. She pretends she has been drinking, and asks how much apple juice she has had to drink. The little girl also keeps telling the man that she is Charlie. This is too cute for words!
