This is my go to kind of cooking when I am in a hurry. You can prep it , cook it and have it on the table faster than you can drive to a fast food restaurant and bring it home .
When we cook ourselves we control the ingredients. If I had more time I would make the enchilada but this still better than take out ❤️.
Give it a try and let me know what you think . In truth I like it better with thighs than breasts but this is what i had 😀
