These Trustees wanted a bond for $161.5 million but won’t support a resolution to recommend a forensic audit of HCAD despite evidence that points to shady dealings. Former military spoke; Mayor Jarratt spoke and a former auditor spoke FOR the forensic audit. They also voted AGAINST passing a resolution to stand against Biden’s Title IX fiasco.
