Are Ohio State Football and Coach Ryan Day LACKING Culture???

Ex-Ohio State running back coach Tony Alford took a shot at his former employer, saying he's in a good place at Michigan and that he's the happiest he's been in a long time as a coach. This comes on the heels of Michigan QB commit saying Ohio State doesn't have the same culture as Michigan does right now. Is there a bigger problem here regarding how Ryan Day is operating things in Columbus? Or is this just gonna add fuel to the fire of an already pissed off Buckeye squad heading into their most critical season of the last 20 years...
