DNC’s Lawfare Scheme Against Trump EXPOSED | Beyond the Headlines

A thorough review of Federal Election Commission (FEC) records by the Daily Caller has revealed that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) has funneled millions of dollars to law firms actively engaged in legal actions against former President Donald Trump.

FEC filings show that since August 2021, the DNC has paid close to $2 million to Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP for 'legal services.' This firm’s founding partner, Roberta A. Kaplan, represented E. Jean Carroll in her sexual assault and defamation lawsuits against Trump. Notably, the DNC had not paid this firm for any services from its inception in 2017 until August 2021.
