Supreme Court Justice GOES OFF on Biden Censorship Case Decision | Beyond the Headlines

Justice Samuel Alito excoriated the Supreme Court majority for “shirking” its duty to restrain the government’s coercive censorship efforts in “one of the most important free speech cases” in years.

The Supreme Court sided 6-3 with the Biden administration in Murthy v. Missouri, ruling that the plaintiffs lacked standing to seek an injunction against the government’s attempts to suppress online speech. The case involved federal requests to social media companies to remove certain COVID-19 related content. Critics argue that this targeted conservative viewpoints.
