Ingredients:

Dried Vermicelli (about 1-2 pieces) Be careful of noodles to sauce ratio. Just put right amount of noodles. Don't let it dry out
BBQ pork (Cha siu)
Shrimps
Ham
Spring Onion
Pickled Vegetables (I used Five Willows Pickled Vegetables in a bottle which I bought in China)

Bean Sprouts (toge)
Onion sliced
Bell pepper sliced

Sauce:

5 Tbsps Ketchup
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Vinegar or Red Vinegar if available
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tsp Hoi Sin Sauce (unfortunately I didn’t have it so I skipped)
