INGREDIENTS
1 cup oil 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 cup milk 1 n half cups flour(maida) 2 tsp baking powder half tsp vanilla powder or extract Half cup coconut dessicated 3 tsp cocoa powder
Method: Preheat oven at 180c Grease a 9 inch loaf pan with oil, or add parchment paper. In a bowl Mix oil ,sugar ,then add eggs and beat well, add milk and mix. Then add flour and baking powder, vanilla powder/extract, coconut, mix everything Take out one cup of this cake batter and add 3 tsp of cocoa powder. Now add vanilla batter into the pan, alternating with cocoa batter. Make swirls with a skewer. Tap the pan twice to get rid of air bubbles. Bake at 180c for 35-40 minutes till a skewer comes out clean.
Take it out, let it cool completely, cut into slices and enjoyyyy with your Chai/coffee.
You can add any flavour of your choice into this cake batter, add nuts, any favourite fruits, coffee, cinnamon, lemon juice, orange juice
