STEROIDS IN SPORTS - IS IT CHEATING?

Hello everyone and welcome back to Muscle Central on YouTube. Today we'll take a look at steroids in sports.

Athletes through the ages, going back to Ancient Greece, have always sought a competitive edge. Some of the things tried might sound crazy today.

We saw the Ben Johnson steroid scandal in the Olympics and the Major League Baseball steroid scandal. The cry for sports to be cleaned up and stop the "cheating" roared loudly.

Has sports really been cleaned up. The truth is, steroids are being used in all sports across the board. Only the not so smart ones are being caught.

As far as cheating, steroids don't make the athletes, it improves the genetic gifts. The cream of the crop will still rise to the top even if steroids are totally removed from sports.
