Chinese Claypot Chicken Rice cooked in the rice cooker for dinner. Can’t stop eating it!

Ingredients:

1 Chicken Thigh (sliced pieces)
1 Chinese sausage sliced thinly
Shitake mushrooms sliced (soaked in 1/2 cup of water)
1 Tbsp minced ginger
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup Jasmine rice (if available, I used normal rice)
1 cup Chicken broth
1/4 Tsp white pepper
1/4 cup water or Shaoxing wine
Spring onions sliced to sprinkle
2 Tablespoons oil

Marinade for Chicken:

2 Tbsps Light soy sauce
1 tsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 tsps cornstarch

Soak mushrooms in 1/2 cup of water and use liquid later on.
My rice cooker has a setting for claypot but if unavailable use normal rice setting.
You can sprinkle 1 Tbsp of sweet soy sauce on top of cooked chicken rice depending on your taste.
