Quesadillas. Quick Breakfast in 5 Minutes

Eggs 4
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Green onions
2 Tortillas
Mozzarella cheese 50g
Smoked bacon 100g
Spinach 50g
Slices of cheese 4-6

Crack eggs into a bowl, whisk with a fork. Add salt and pepper. Heat a skillet, add a little oil, pour half of the eggs. Place a tortilla on top. Once the bottom browns, flip and add the filling on one side. Start with cheese, then smoked bacon, greens, cover with cheese, fold in half. Cook on low heat. Repeat with the other tortilla.
