Zucchini tastes better than meat! I have never cooked such delicious zucchini

Ingredients:

- 1 egg
- 250g ricotta
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 230 g flour
- 120g butter
- 6 tbsp ice water
- 1 clove of garlic
- Thyme
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 small zucchini
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt
