We speak to Laurus Basson. In this episode, Laurus tells us about his childhood in Rhodesia during the Rhodesian Bush War. He then started his career in the South African Air Force after emigrating to South Africa with his family in 1980. He served in Air Logistics Command (ALC): Engineering Office TO – Eng (Prof), Flight Test and Development Centre (TFDC). This is a fascinating story of the technical aspects of the Air Force.
