Energy Work & Intuition

As an energy worker, intuition plays a vital role in my sessions. Having studied various modalities over 10 years, I rely on intuitive guidance to determine which techniques to use and how the flow should move. I open myself to receive energy information from my own spirit, the client's spirit or guides, or the universal field to understand what is most important to address. Energy and intuitive information is non-verbal communication that travels through our energetic connections.

Each session is unique as the layers are peeled back. While a client may come in with a specific issue, that doesn't determine where the session leads - we follow where the energy directs us. Tuning into subtle sensations helps me sense the unseen energetic realities interacting with our lives. The more attuned we become to these influences through practice, the deeper our connections to self and others. Energy work fosters understanding how our consciousnesses communicate through a living universal system, regardless of any surface perceptions.
