This is recorded audio from my girlfriend at the time Andrea Arietta-Castro. The night I was arrested she was drunk and I was peaceful. I walked away and she was the aggressor who stole my car keys. She had drank a whole bottle of Prisoner Red Blend on an empty stomach and also consumed a whole can of Monster energy. I never saw her act like this before ever. She still has my truck keys to this day. I tried to avoid conflict and walked away from her the whole time. The supposed witness in this case: Anne Stuffle,
1) wrote a statement that seems like it had two different authors,
2) lied in her statement about me grabbing and shaking Andrea,
3) had no way of seeing the whole event play out because of 2 undeniable facts: A) Anne only arrived and was backing in her vehicle halfway during Andrea screaming and charming after me, Anne was not inside and had not witnessed the first half of Andrea stealing my keys and me walking out and, B) Andrea and I were standing between an SUV and my truck in the parking lot, and from where Anne was - she couldn’t have seen much, if anything at all.

Mind you:
1) Andrea did not: A) call the cops, B) press charges, C) make a statement, D) show up for court, or E) answer any of the DA’s calls in 2023 when they wanted to peruse this matter legally.

2) Andrea did: A) leave texts and audio recordings testifying how the “witness” was lying and exaggerating, B) how I am innocent, C) how she wanted to help me and, D) wanted the DA’s number in 2021 & 2022 to call and have the charges dropped against me.
