MIchael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

We are going to keep a frontal boundary well to our south today. Thanks to that setup, we're going to keep most of the daytime hours quiet, though there will be a slight chance of a shower with some weak lift. It will be fairly warm today with relatively light winds. A lake breeze may develop along Lake Michigan today, so don't be surprised if it cools down there. Highs today will top out in the upper-70s. A very weak area of low pressure will affect the area tonight possibly bringing a couple scattered showers or an isolated T'storm. Lows tonight will be in the low-50s. Tomorrow will be breezy with those winds coming off of Lake Michigan. That will keep much of the area cooler with highs in the upper-60s, though much closer to the lake. It looks like we should stay dry with plenty of sunshine. Tomorrow night will be mostly clear and quiet. Wednesday, we'll be warming it up again with some sun. Highs will be in the upper-70s. The quiet pattern should continue through the workweek, but things look to be a little more active for this upcoming weekend. The Wolf River near Shiocton remains under a River Flood Warning for the time being with minor flooding currently being observed. The river is expected to drop below flood stage by Wednesday The Fox River is experiencing minor flooding in Green Lake County. The river is expected to drop below flood stage at the end of next weekend.
