Three prominent climate experts on May 8 briefed reporters about how the coming tornadoes, summer heat waves, wildfires, and other natural disasters are not the result of human-caused climate change, should be unremarkable historically, and largely driven by the pending shift from the El Niño natural weather phenomenon to a La Niña pattern.
