Spokesperson for the United States Department of State, Matthew Miller, said the United States supports international investigations, including by the ICC, for issuing arrest warrants for Russian officials.

However, the United States has rejected the ICC's decision to seek arrest warrants for Israeli officials for war crimes committed in Gaza.

Notably, U.S. congressmen have reportedly blackmailed ICC Chief Karim Khan, threatening him and his family if warrants are pursued against Israeli officials.
