Where I disagree with Dr. Michael Heiser - Why we might not, but CAN recieve THE promise of the Father

for different historical denominational and Theological reasons mainly coming from churches in certain time periods, the prevailing idea is that everybody who is saved has the Holy Spirit already. but if that were true wouldn't the Holy Spirit be doing the same things that he used to? in this video one of my favorite Scholars who is not a Spirit-filled theologian lists his verses for why he believes all Christians do have the Holy Spirit. and I'll show you by context and a clear simple New Covenant understanding, that not all receive him when they get saved, but the good news is is that we all can because we are saved.
