Just POTATOES and EGGS! Everyone is going to ask for the recipe 😉. Surprisingly we had some guests and when they tried these crispy potatoes, they went crazy and asked me for the recipe. Cornstarch and the boiling part are "secrets" that potatoes come out so delicious. Follow the steps and you will see the difference. Give it a try and let me know in the comments how yours was. Ingredients:
3 potatoes
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch
160 ml frying oil (2/3 cup)

Sauce:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
paprika

Eggs:
1/2 tbsp butter
2 eggs
salt
oregano
