i.e.427 Turn Signal Sytem Improvements

Our turn signal system keeps getting better. The Generation 1 hub works really well. But we continue to do our best to manage cost and increase the performance of the turn signal unit. To that end, we have come up with the Generation 2 hub. It cancels a little smoother, uses less raw material and is easier for us to machine. This will allow us to push a cost increase out further with the rising cost of material and machine time. We've also revised the angled spacer used to mount the turn signal unit and come up with a part that matches the turn signal switch better and also uses a more cost effective material that is easier/less expensive to machine.
