If you have cabbage, make this recipe! I'm ready to eat it all at once!
Ingredients:
Young cabbage 1 large
Minced meat 600 grams
Rice 150 grams
Onion 1
carrot 1
Water 150 ml (for minced meat)
Tomato juice 1 glass (250 ml)
Salt, black pepper, spices to taste
Peel the cabbage.
make cuts.
Put the cabbage in boiling water.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Turn around.
Remove any leaves that come off easily.
Remove cabbage.
Cook the leaves for 2 minutes.
Repeat with all the cabbage.
These are the cabbage leaves you get!
Pour boiling water over the rice and let it cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
Drain off excess water.
Peel the carrots.
Peel the onion.
Chop the onion finely.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Fry vegetables in vegetable oil.
Remove half of the vegetables.
Add tomato juice.
Add salt, vegetable seasoning and pepper.
Let cook for 10 minutes.
Add rice to the minced meat.
Add fried onions and carrots.
Add water.
Add salt, pepper and other spices.
Mix.
Take a cabbage leaf.
Remove the hard part.
Put the filling on top.
Wrap it.
Pour the first layer with tomato sauce.
Repeat all steps for the remaining cabbage leaves.
Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
I make meatballs from the remaining minced meat.
Pour in the remaining sauce.
Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
