Denver Police just confirmed that the individual who charged at officers with a knife was a man pretending to be a woman.
The department also admitted that there’s a possibility that the individual, named Miguel Tapia, is in our country illegally.
The media has been referring to Tapia as a woman.
It's time we talk about the growing epidemic of trans violence in our country!
