Car Sideswipes Civilian then a WILD Pit Maneuver by Arkansas State Police

On June 10, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m., while patrolling the area Hwy 253 and Old Hwy 271, an officer observed a grey Kia
passenger car passing vehicles on a double yellow and driving recklessly. I initiated my blue lights and siren, but the vehicle
began to flee south on Hwy 253.
