305 GM Small Block Removing Plugged Oil Filer Adaptor & Refitting New Melling MFA350 With By-Pass.

About 100 miles ago I tapped the oil filtro adaptoe and plugged it. It seems to have maybe blown the oil filter seam? I'm not really sure but I am still fighting oil leaks and so I pulled all the bolts on the oil pan and RTV siliconed the base of the bolts... every dang one of them. The one piece gasket just seems to let oil slip by into the bolt holes. I also found that the plug just above the oil filter house was not there so I plugged that. I got kinda tired of CRC brake clean leaking on me so I'm testin (1 2 3) Denco #1930 and it seems to be fine and not so much comes out so maybe it will last longer.
