Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant is in the capital this week meeting with senior administration officials. Gallant will meet with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin today. Meanwhile Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel will only accept a partial cease-fire deal with Hamas. The latest in the Israel-Hamas war.
A bipartisan bill targeting the Chinese Regime’s decades-long persecution of Falun Gong is heading to the House floor today. The bill is called the Falun Gong Protection Act. The would require the U.S. to sanction foreign individuals involved in Beijing’s forced organ harvesting, and make it a U.S. policy to avoid cooperation with China in the organ transplant field.
After 14 years of legal battles, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is set to walk free. Court documents reveal he has come to an agreement with the Justice Department. He will apparently plead guilty to one count of espionage.
