#China. 24 June 2024. Heavy rain caused flash #flooding in #Changsha, Hunan province.
The city received 65.1 mm of rain in just one hour, between 9 and 10am on 24 June, breaking the local record for June. A maximum red flash flood warning was issued. Two Changsha metro lines suspended operations and some metro stations were flooded.
